Can't fault it. Guides, driver, vehicle, punctuality all very good.

We were there on June 20, 2011. This was an excellent excursion at a very good price. The tour guide was extraordinary. We were picked up at our cruise ship dock on time and taken to Pompeii for a very informative tour. Not rushed at all. Pizza lunch was delicious, then a tour to the top of Vesuvius. Taken back to cruise ship dock on time. We would highly recommend this tour

The tour was good ~ the guide not so good ~ tour of Pompeii was great but we were just dumped out to climb Vesuvius on our own. The Excursion description stated "You can choose to climb Mt. Vesuvius, accompanied by your guide...." When we asked if he was going with us he said "Oh, no!!"

Pompeii was amazing. Very nice lunch included. Vesuvius was harder to walk up than I had anticipated, but we did it!

Although the meet at the Port was a little late (resolved by a phone call) the rest of the day was excellent and the guide for Pompei was excellent.

The reason pampeii was so good was the guide. I do not remember his name but he was wonderful. everyone was so happy to have him. He made it most interesting in the very hot weather. He deserves a commondation. please see that he hears how HE made the all the difference.

This excursion was well organised pickup on time and drop off in time to board our cruise line. Good to get out of Naples as this city is verydirty and not a good place for tourists.

The tour through Pompeii was about 2 hrs. Everything that was shown was explained in two langauges (English and French) It would have been nice for just one language as more time was spent re-explaining in French. This slowed our pace and we didn't get to see as much. The guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. Lunch was ok. There was a little too much down time which then made our time at Mt. Vesuvius rushed. Th tour giude on the bus kept everyone entertained but the AC on the bus was not working very well. The bus driver did a great job at navigating his way to through the hills to the top.

We had a wonderful day at Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. We found our guide as soon as we got off the ship. Rereading my voucher it said I should call and confirm my trip 24 hours in advance. I tried from the ship but couldn't get through. I got through that morning and they knew my name and told me they would see me at 10:00. I don't know why I had to confirm and didn't like the idea of using my cell phone. We went to our next pick up and the guests weren't there. We were notified to leave. It wasn't long before we got a call and had to return and pick up the guest. This took about 35 minutes. Our guide was good and told us lots of information. We were tired afterwards but had a great day!

Excellent tour! The only down-side was a little time was wasted actually getting in to Pompeii due to it being very busy and chaotic, once inside though it was very interesting. A word of warning about Mt Vesuvius: It is quite a climb to the top, even my fit teenage sons found it hard in the heat. The guides at the top are excellent but we did not have time to complete the tour as we only had at total of one hour at Vesuvius. The Pizza lunch was better than expected in a nice quiet restaurant.

This tour was a bit unorganized. Our Pompeii tour guide was very good but she did not recieve the radio tansmitters she needed and had to talk very loud so most could hear. Then the group split and teh Mt. Vesuvius guide took over. She was worthless. The Mountain is wonderful you don't really need a guide. I think the unorganization was due to overbooking and the local contractor. I would still recommend this tour as we did get to see and hear what we wanted to. Hopefully they fix the problems.

The guide for the Pompeii section did a great job, but the office failed to provide her with the portable earphones. Also the office did not coordinate the bus ride very good. It took 3 buses and two 15min waits before we left Naples. The guide for Vesuius got us to the start of the trail only, didn't do much of anything except argue with the bus driver.

Our guide gets an 5 stars. He was informative and entertaining. Pompeii was very interesting. The restaurant was ok, 3 star. We could have had more time climbing mt Vesuvius. 60 minutes up and back was not enough, at least 90 minutes would be better. The bus could have had better ac. I rate the excursion a 4 star.

Our travel guide was amazing-very thorough and entertaining. He gave us a great tour of Pompeii, even though it was extremely crowded. I wish the Vesuvious part had been a bit longer ( our was only 30min). We were picked up and dropped off on time and the driver was right where we were told he would be. Overall, I would recommend this company and the tour guide we had.
