The guide was awsome ,he had a great sense of humor, he was very knowledgeable made the trip memborable.
Excellent tour overall. Our first guide, Maria, took us for the first part of the trip, a city tour of Naples. Then we were driven to Pompeii and assigned a second guide, Georgio. He was great in presenting the ruins' info in a fun and informative manner. His guided tour allowed us to appreciate the ruins more than by simply walking through the ruins by ourselves. We fully enjoyed the time in Pompeii as a result. This tour includes picking you up from the port city, so it's a great choice if you are on a cruise that has Naples as one of the port cities (like we did). I highly recommend this tour to anyone.
Our tour of Naples and Pompeii was amazing - the tour guide was an expert in the history and was eager to share his knowledge with all.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our guide was knowledgeable as well as humorous, and the pace was relaxing. We also appreciated the small group size. We felt that we got a good overview of Naples, as well as a complete look at Pompeii. We will definitely consider Viator again!
Andre was an excellent guide. Trip to Pompeii and Naples was very interesting with alot of information. Wish I could remember it all. Will definitely use Viator again.

Really enjoyed this trip, Pompeii was amazing just wished we had more time to look around when we were there. Guide was good and very amusing at times. However didn't like the fact we had to go various places to pick up and meet others who were joining for the Pompeii tour. Started off with just 7 of us ended up in a group of about 30! Would really recommend for those on a cruise as it is a good way of seeing everything in such a short time and pick up and drop off at the ship really helps as well.
Pompeli tour is a must see. Naples tour was well done but Naples is a disappointingly ugly city.

Great day - a bit haphazard in Naples due to a few changes in transportation but overall worth it for our trip to Pompeii with a very helpful, knowledgeable and witty guide Andreas.
Our guide, Andre, is super-knowledgeable. The only regret is that the tour company sent our van, with some passengers’ belongings, to other places/uses while we were visiting Pompeii, and we had to wait quite a while for two smaller vans to arrive to pick us up in the end. .
The tour was good and I would recommend it to other people
my group didnt like our tour guide " maria ". her male counterpart who was leading another group and us. wa great! tour was great but not the guide
The Naples City tour was not what I expected. The areas we visted were somewhat rundown and uninvitive. The tour guide was polite, however I was not impressed with the area. The Pompeii excursion was much better than the Naples visit. However, I felt like the narration of the tour was less tha ideal.
This was my worst experience with viator. The agency engaged by Viator was not interested in its clients. My wife and I were not waited on for the Naples tour and the Pompeii tour was fair. Would not recommend. There was a marked degree of insensitivity by this tour company and no recovery.
