Local service provider was responsive to my confirmaiton e-mail and the driver was waiting in our lobby at the appointed time. He was courteous and got us to the airport with time to spare.
Project Napoli Services was waiting for us at Naples Airport. We liked our driver Antonio Bacchetta from the moment we saw him. He was friendly and gave us insightful descriptions of the beautiful sights along the Amalfi coast. We called Project Napoli and requested his services for the rest of our trip. He was wonderful!
Very good service. Our driver showed up about 15 minutes before expected which turned out to be that little extra time we needed to get our boarding passes, etc. The trip from Minori to Naples isn't easy to nagivate and our driver got to our destination in good time and shape! Would definitely use again.
Our driver was promptly waiting to take us from Positano to the Naples airport. It was so nice of him to bring along the scarf that we left behind in the car on a prior tour.

The driver was on time and had a clean car, and the journey was so much easier than the train that goes to Sorrento then a bus to Praiano.
After having booked this transfer we realized we needed to drop our bags at a hotel in Naples before going to Ravello. We could not figure out how to contact Viator to request this as part of our transfer so we figured the driver would just do it as it was on the way. However, the driver's boss charged us 28 additional Euros for a 10 minute stop!!! Since this was a private transfer and not out of the way we were shocked and wished we had just taken a taxi which would have been about the same cost. Viator needs a way to let their clients communicate when the "tour" is not a "box' one. Very disappointed, but the driver was prompt and careful.
Our driver did not speak a word of English and it was very difficult to communicate with him. He drove like a NYC cab driver on narrow, curvy, Amalfi Coast roads. I was so nauseous I almost had to ask him to pull over at one point. Take a ferry instead!
