Well worth the money. No waiting around the airport, drivers were efficient and friendly and informative, cars were clean and comfortable. We would certainly recommend.

The driver showed up 15 minutes early which worked out well for us because I forgot to confirm my reservation 24-48 hours prior and was worried that he wouldn't show up at all!! The van was very roomy and clean and comfortable for the five of us with our luggage. Driver was very courteous and professional. A real treat after a hectic vacation!!

My husband and I were very pleased with the service. The driver showed up 15 minutes earlier than the appointment, in a Mercedes C320. The drive was smooth and we got to the airport at a reasonable time.

The driver was in a terrible rush, hardly greeted us then broke the speed limit while using his phone! However all very convenient and reliable although we did discover the was a direct airport bus at a fraction of the price! Very comfortable car.

Driver waiting on arrival at airport - quick getaway and smooth journey. Driver pointed out sights and stopped to take in the view at one point.

We found this driver waiting in his large, very dirty van outside the hotel doors. We only knew it was for us by the hotel doorman; in fact I asked the driver twice if he was looking for us. He spoke no English but pointed to a piece of paper with our names on it, so I assumed we were in the right place. His van was so dirty we couldn't even see out the window. He spoke not a word the entire trip, and upon arrival he pulled to the curb and opened the back of the van so we could get our own luggage out. We arrived at the airport in one piece and on time but the trip was almost the exact opposite of the trip inbound.

This service was okay in the sense that we got from Sorrento to Naples, but the trip was awful. The driver at the last minute forced us to take an earlier pick-up time and drove like a maniac on the phone with the boss the whole time, worried about picking up the next client. It was an unpleasant journey between the driving and the phone calls, and we arrived much too early at the train station in Naples, which we didn't want. Not worth the high cost of this service.

I was not impressed that I could not book the return at the same time as I booked the pick up from the airport. I was also expecting a limousine and an English speaking driver. On the pick up we were in seven seater mini bus with a driver who spoke no English and on the collection from the hotel a 12 seater bus with an English speaking driver. I also cannot understand why the return journey was 20 euros more expensive. So overall you could say I was not satisfied in the least.
