Final part of our trip. Again, airport staff friendly and efficient, even booked returned trip and told us what time they would pick us up at end of our stay. Driver very friendly and pointed out places of interest on way into the town. Would highly recommend.

Excellent professional service both from the airport to our hotel and the return trip from our hotel to Airport.. No problems at all and made it a very easy comfortable friendly service.

Very good service. A little bit more detailed information on how to find the Shuttle would be great. A lot of the Shuttle operators had never seen a Prepaid Voucher and didn't know what to do with it.
Again a great ride back to airport, driver great and helpful

Shuttle showed up at assigned time. Driver was pleasant. However, be prepared as the shuttle has 6 hotels they have a contract with, so it stops whether there is a customer to pick up or not, not including additional actual pickup reservations. That was very annoying. When I mentioned it to the representative at the airport, she was rude.
The 12:00 bus was late in coming and was still there to pick up 12:30 folks from the Renaissance Hotel, then we had to stop at another hotel for another person. This made it very tight at the airport, checking in, going through TSA, I got to the terminal just in time to board.
Wasn't able to see a lot on the tour, went in a circle
This ticket was useless. The van never came on the way out of the airport. And on the way back he couldn't take us. I would never recommend this.
