Car was waiting for us exactly where we were told and driver was courteous and very helpful about places to visit and things to do in the area

Sam the man was our driver and he was terrific! It is so nice to have someone waiting for you in a city one is not familiar with. Our trip was last minute due to a death in the family. We really are grateful to Viator for providing this service.
Sam was our driver from the airport to our rental. Sam started and finished our trip in a great way. We enjoyed our ride and visit with Sam so much from the airport they I called and reserved Dam for our return trip also!! The car was clean and spacious, so much more enjoyable than a taxi.
On arrival, we rang the telephone number given and the driver was already waiting outside for us. He was smart and polite and the car was immaculate. He wasn't very talkative like some drivers are but he was polite and helpful. We had already paid up front for the trip and I was intending giving him a tip but he said we owed $3.50 for something or other so I Just gave him $5.
great car and very comfortable, unfortunately our flight was delayed and the driver was not very happy, he did get more friendly into the drive.

No issues on the way back to the airport because we managed to get through on the phone to re confirm the day before, but i have to say, this is still a hassle when you have to make international calls on a UK mobile. surely the fact that i have already paid for the trip and stated pick up times/flight details etc there should be no need to re confirm!
Quite stressful as we had to ring the Transfer company 24 hrs before the scheduled pick up to confirm we still wanted the pick up. I was passed to four different customer services people when I did call from New York. All asked the same questions and then passed me onto to another person. I had to assume we would be picked up as planned but wasn't sure. Once at Nashville Airport , call the number on our voucher to be told we needed a local number not main number .....asked how i was supposed to get that and eventually they patched the call through. Got our instructions and went to the Limo pick up point in the airport, lovely car, so was pleased about that. Arrived at our hotel and the driver said we had to pay him more as he had incurred taxes at the airport. Told him i thought we had paid an all inclusive fee , he then immediately called his head office and told me to speak to them ( all this happening in the reception area of the hotel with the hotel staff trying to unload our luggage) The woman on the phone ranted at me that Viator never pay them the correct fee and i was to pay the driver more. I then took my money out and voucher to check with a view to pay him so we could just get into the hotel and check in , he then drove away at some speed without a word. I had also booked this service for my daughter , who was landing at Nashville at 11.30pm that same evening. I then had to wait in reception for her to arrive at the hotel ...some time after midnight as i didn't want her to go through the same experience as me. I knew she wouldn't have US dollars on her as she was arriving from out of the US. The driver unloaded her bags and said Good Evening to us both and then got back into his limo with no mention of any extra fees required ?? why were we treated so differently? I use your service as i am often a female travelling alone and it feels more secure, i have never been challenged in such a way before. Just wanted you to be aware of this.
He was there to pick us up @ baggage claim. The pick up was all mixed up on where to go etc etc. Our driver spent the whole time from the airport to the hotel talking to us about his religious beliefs.
