Just incredible lounge!!! I arrived approximately 9am after a longhaul international flight.
I was greeted with a wonderful array of breakfast foods, included an egg station for omletes etc..
My layover was a long one, so I had lunch in the lounge also wonderful hot food and ample drinks.
I used the PC in the lounge to do a little work and it was very quite so you could relax also.
I was also able to charge my smart phone with sockets dotted around the lounge.
Will definitely book again!!
Excellent value. I would have spent nearly as much on food, drink and water for the plane in the main departure lounge. In here, I was able to enjoy quiet, comfort, good food and drink as well as free wifi and guaranteed access to power sockets. I did have to move once to get away from the utterings of the obnoxious 'posh' English woman with a first class ticket and racist views, but once I'd found a nice quiet corner I was well away for a couple of relaxing hours before take off.
After 18 days touring India - it was lovely to relax in the quiet lounge which had lovely food and drinks and also wi fi!
This lounge is quite handy when no business class with an airport lounge was available for purchase to fly from Delhi to Jaipur. The waiting time at Delhi airport was 5 hours and this lounge gave me a nice and comfort place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend this place for any refreshment or connect with internet etc.
tour with great railways to golden triangle India fantastic. Well worth a visit excellent tour from start to finish
Bathrooms are very clean and modern.
food is hot and flavorful.
I wish I was not on antibiotics, I would have liked to have a glass of wine or a cocktail.
It was quiet until later in the evening (after about 9 pm), then it became quite loud and busy.
If you have several hours to spend before your next flight, I would recommend this lounge.
This was a great day in Old Delhi! Because Delhi is so chaotic, it was great to have someone lead us around and explain the history and significant of the sites we visited. Our guide was excellent - friendly and informative. There was a little pressure to do some shopping, but we wanted to shop.
This was a most restful and pleasant way to spend waiting time. staff were most pleasant and helpful throughout my 9+ hours in the airport. the food was OK and of course drinks were readily available
Great place to chill out, the price was right and the service great. I recomend this if you have many houers at the airport
Highly recommended as a restful oasis before leaving india - However - there are some important details I want every traveler to know - All international passengers must wait until about 3-4 hours before the flight in a general boarding area before you can check in - - therefore the 6 hour option will not work for this lounge - departing passengers should use the 3 hour option which we did - the lounge is very nice with a free buffet - plenty of electrical outlooks - TVs - sofa chairs and even showers - they announce all departures in English and on a large screen - the airport is very modern and has plenty of shops and eating areas but if you need to wait 2-3 hours before leaving then this lounge is a nice option - we definitely were able to relax and get ready for the long flight back to the US.
it was amazing once I got in!! I bought a 12 hour package with hopes to get in and do some work before I relaxed. Unfortunately, I wasted my money. I only was able to get into the lounge about 3 hours before my flight. The lounge is lovely and the staff is amazing but you must check in first before you can use the lounge. I got to the airport 5 hours before I could check into my flight and had to linger in the airport. I wish more people knew this, as there were 6 of us who thought we could use the lounge earlier. Your website must let passengers know that there is no access to this lounge before the 4 hour check-in time. Other that hiccup, the lounge is amazing! it was great to relax and eat and shower before my next 16hour flight. Peaceful, serene and relaxing.
Very comfortable lounge. Better than some business class lounges we've been to around the world. Selection of food and drink was good and free wi-fi was appreciated.
Very good. Showers were an excellent plus. It did get a little crowded later in the evening however this was mainly due to flight delays on all flights.
The chairs are OK, the staff is very friendly, the food is nothing special, the drinks are OK!
We had a great time waiting for our flight.
The only problem was, that it was very crowded and we had to wait for a place to sit.
Still it was great to have a shower and something to eat befor leaving.
Great option for those who have to fly home at midnight or later to JFK. We travelled Air India and left at 1:35 AM.
Food was delicious and hot. The bar was set up for anything you wanted, WiFi access available on 8 desks, spa facilities on level 4, very clean, quiet area, would highly reccomend to all travellers.
My Clients found the Lounge a very welcoming place after internal flights from Udaipur amd before catching their Internationla Flights
most relaxing and satisfying way to use waiting time.....Spent 5+ Hours ...the staff were friendly....would recommend to all....
The food was adequate, but nothing special. We thought the chairs we not very relaxing.
While International Departure Lounge is very comfortable (the toilets could have been better appointed and I didn't see any showers, may they are at the other lounge?) we actually could not enjoy the full 6 hours we had booked, and nobody was really prepared to help us out. Coming from Bagdogra we couldn't check our luggage through because of a problem with their computer system. So we had to pick our luggage up at arrival in Delhi, but couldn't check in immediately to our next flight which was leaving much later. As in Delhi you can only check in at the most 4 hours ahead, and the procedure can be rather lengthy... we actually could really only enjoy the lounge for about 3 hours. In a way I felt rather cheated, as nothing like this is mentioned on the site where you book. So you can book as many hours as you want, but if like us you can't check your luggage through, you won't be able to get to the lounge until just before the flight...not good.
I was very disappointed to find that we were not allowed to enter the departure area until 3 hours before our flight (and so could not access and make full use of our time in the premium lounge), my vouchers were also not valid in the alternative lounge (on the ground floor before check in); however the lady on reception was extremely helpful and kind, especially as my father was unwell. When we finally got to our allocated lounge the staff were also very helpful and considerate. Your website needs to provide more information on access to lounges as our transit time was 12 hours and we were not able to access the lounge we choose online.
had to sit on chairs all the time. no bath or bathroom facility. tiored of viator. in spite of reservation no proper accommodation was provided. I will not further avail your services.
