Starters (choose one)
Paneer tikka: chunks of paneer (cheese) marinated in spices, yellow chilies and fresh cream, skewered and grilled
Tandoori aloo: potatoes stuffed with potato hash, raisins, cashews, green chillies and green coriander, skewered and roasted
Tandoori phool: cauliflower florets seasoned with yellow chili and spices, coated with gram flour, deep fried, skewered and char grilled
Dal bukhara: black lentils, tomatoes, ginger and garlic simmered overnight on slow charcoal fire, finished with cream, served with butter
Mixed raita: yogurt served with a choice of garnish (pineapple, onion, tomato or cucumber)

Tandoori jhinga: jumbo prawns marinated in yogurt, spices, red chillies, turmeric and garam masala, skewered and roasted over charcoal fire
Murg malai kabab: boneless chicken blended with cream cheese, malt vinegar, green chilli and coriander, grilled
Sikandari raan: whole leg of lamb, braised in a marinade of malt vinegar, cinnamon and black cumin, skewered and roasted
