The driver and guide were exactly on time. The transfer took a short 25 minutes. We were told to leave early as the transfer could take up to 90 min depending on traffic. Ask at your hotel so that you don't have to sit at the airport too long
Driver arrived a bit early which was nice and the vehicle was nice and roomy. Great service!

Exactly what I expected -- waiting for me on arrival and took charge of my bags. Only reason for not 5-star was having to walk to the car in the heat. For the price should have been able to wait in the air conditioned terminal and be picked up by the car there.

The driver & guide arrived 45 minutes early, but didn't mind waiting while we finished a meal. The driver did not appear to know the way to the airport and the guide had to give him instructions, however, they both missed the turn-off from the freeway to the airport (we saw it and assumed they had too, wrong!). We then had to travel some distance further in order to turn off the freeway and turn around. Thankfully the traffic was light and we still arrived in good time for our flight.
