Met at airport by friendly guy no problems car was very old but got us there!
Car was right on time and very helpful. Easy travel to the airport without any hassles. NOTE: don't expect to be able to spend your left-over Rupees at the duty free shops -- most of the name shops only accept US Dollars and Pounds Sterling!! Unless you are dying for a McSpicy Paneer at McDonalds. Go figure -- they somehow forget they are in India -- and you'll get a foreign currency fee on your credit card even though the bill is in Dollars or Sterling.
Driver was waiting upon our arrival and got us to our hotel in fine fashion. Great service!
Person was already there when we left the boarding area. Placard was legible. Car was good for Delhi standards. Driver didn't know where hotel was, but called in and obtained directions. Everything went smoothly.
Even though my flight was delayed the car was there with the English speaking guide. The sign with my name on was clear and visible as soon as I came out of arrivals. Perfect!
As we had to wait an hour for our luggage, I was concerned that the driver might have left. No need to be worried, the guide met us in the arrival hall and directed us across the road to the car. We were delivered to our Delhi address in good time. The car was clean and comfortable.
Luckily people helped us contact the company. Our plane arrived on time, about 9 pm, but the driver wasn't there until at least five phone calls and1 1/2 hours. Never again.
