Great value. Easiest way to see the sites of the Big Easy.
we used the HOHO bus and the free tours associated. it was wonderful. we did tour of the Garden District, self guided tour of a cemetery in the garden district. also took the free French Quarter tour. the HOHO bus was very convenient, all guides were really pleasant and knowledgeable. absolutely good value for the money and it helps you get oriented to the city so you know where you want to explore more on foot.
This was an excellent way of getting to know this amazing city. We took advantage of the two free walking tours the French Quarter and the Garden district and these were both excellent and highly recommended. At the market stop around the back we visited the Jazz Museum and was able to see two free Jazz concerts which were absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of this city.
This is always a great way to get a feel for a city when visiting It gives us a feel for the attractions that are available and where we want to spend our time. The tour guides on this tour were great. They brought in a local favor and the best places to eat and have a drink We throughly enjoyed the 2 day pass and used it to get around the town. No need to a vehicle when you have a hop on hop off pass.
A fun way to see the city sights and the ticket lasted for two full days. The walking tours of the French Quarter and the Garden District were well worth doing too and included in the price. Very convenient way to get around.
The hop- on -hop- off bus was terrific. What a great idea. Covered almost all the attractions we wanted to see and let us choose the ones we wanted more time on.
Excellent experience. Great personnel - guides, drivers, on bus. Buses were pretty much on time and clean. The guides were full of knowledge and very friendly and helpful. Value was very good per price. Our only wish was that we had had more time for the HopOnHop Off bus part of our trip to NOLA. We would take it again and hit those places we missed.
We were told that the Hop-on Hop-off bus is relatively new to NOLA and that it is being quite well-received by both tourists and locals. We bought a 3 day pass and used it every day. The tour guides on the buses ranged in affability and knowledge, but all were acceptable, and after 3 days of riding around and getting off and on, we think we now could give the tour. We also took 2 of their walking tours, of the Garden District and of the French Quarter. The Garden District guide was exceptional, sharing highlights of the area and cramming a lot of good information into a 45 minute tour.
Truly enjoyed the comfort and guides, as we used the service 3 days.
Guides were awesome. Good way to see the city.
