This is the way to see New Orleans and then stop at the places you want to visit. Learned more about
A great way of seeing and learning about the area - guides were very knowledgable - can get on and off to see different sites and get back on.
Excellent way to travel around New Orleans to see the sights and get information about the city.
we used the bus for two days. you got us to a lot of places we more than likely would not have seen. Only thing the bus could have been a little more timely.
The tour was a lot of fun, and as a result we know what we want to do next time we visit. We should have taken the tour at the beginning, not the end of our visit.
good tour i recommend it ! showed us alot of new orleans and easy ot get around
Loved it!. Got to get on and off as desired to break up the tour into several afternoons to allow us to enjoy the free Garden tour, cemetery tour and French Quarter tour. Guides were awesome and entertaining.
what a great way to see and enjoyed the city. I highly recommend this tour. we had the 3 day pass and it was our main source of transportation from our hotel on canal street. plenty of stops through out the most important parts of the city. best money spent.
It was a great way to see New Orleans and pick and choose which stops to get off at. We also rode the trolley through the Garden District - too bad we encountered a local VERY RUDE man on that ride that could have soured our time there. We dismissed him as a mad at the world kind.
Loved the hop on hop off bus - loved the flexibility of it and the guides were very informative.
The guide was awesome. She was knowledgeable funny and helpful. We saw all the major things to see in New Orleans within two hours. The free garden tour was also excellent. The recommendations they made two restaurants and different sites were excellent as well.
Best idea we had. Guides were interesting and informative. Great way to learn about the city. Can't beat 40 for a 3-day bus pass and guided walking tours of the French Quarter and Garden District.
Very informative and well worth the effort to get an overall view of the city and it's surrounds. Beautiful weather made the open top deck tour enjoyable, but you have to duck when the bus goes under low hanging branches!
Enjoyed the trip to New Orleans and was glad we used the Hop-On Hop-Off Tours. We used the tour to get around the city and took the available walking tours which we enjoyed.
Great means of transportation about the city. All kinds of historical information on tours and while in transit.
Very knowledgable tour guide. Did not have to wait long for the next bus.
Great commentary on the bus. Really enjoyed the free walking tours that the bus gave us access to.
As long as you have your map and are at one of 18 stops on the 1/2 hour, you will get picked up and dropped off on time. Seats not that comfy but not on board that long. Top seating is a treat, open air great veiws, and great commentary by guides.
In the 5 days we visited New Orleans we used the Hop On Hop Off bus several times. It was great because each tour guide shared different things about the city. So even though the bus might have gone a little out of the way of our destination, we used it anyhow, because we could learn more about the city. Randy, especially, was hilarious. All tour guides were New Orleans originals and could speak freely about NOLA and also answer any questions from riders.
In March, there were a couple of times it was a little too chilly to be upstairs. Being upstairs near the front is the best place to see things the best. We loved it. Will do Hop On Hop Off in any city.
