Elizabeth our tour guide was great. We learned a lot of New Orleans history and had a lot of New Orleans food.
A great way to be introduced to the food of New Orleans. Tour guide Wanda was a joy. Friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend this to all first and second time visitors.
Really enjoyed the tour and the history lessons and background on the city and its foods. Thank a mill Elizebeth.
Well, let me first apologize for submitting this review late. The food tour was fantastic!!!. Our tour guide Elizabeth, was great too. She introduced us to various, New Orleans cuisine, such as the Po Boy, Muffaletta, Gumbo, home made Pralines candy and lets not forget the warm Beignets from Cafe DuMonde. She also shared very interesting facts and history on New Orleans in general. This tour was absolutely worth it. We were all so full after the tour. I recommend this tour with out hesitation.

I enjoyed this tour immensely even though it was extremely hot outside that day. Phillipe was very knowledgeable about New Orleans. Most of the restaurants and shops were air conditioned and we talked in the shade. The food samples were great ! I thought there was a good mix of food to try -- gumbo, poor boys, drink, pralines and gelato. Enjoyed the art and spice shops also. Would highly recommend.

The tour guide was great. The stops were great. The food was amazing. The history the guide shared along the way was interesting and fun to know.
Really enjoyed it,Elizabeth was a great guide, lots of interesting info about New Orleans, great food too.
Wanda our guide was just wonderful! Food and history...great combination
This tour was very good. We were only four people so it was nice. The tour Guide, a former chef, was enthusiastic and very informative. We went to different spots and tried samples of the most famous food in Nola. We had gumbo, po boy sandwich, beignets at cafe du monde, muffaletta, and more. The samples are good in size and by the end of the tour you will be full! Cafe du Monde in the morning is extremely crowded, the lines are endless... but our guide was already waiting for us with a bag full ofmfresh beignets. I absolutely loved and would recommend it to someone who likes trying new food.
Lisa did a great job of informing and feeding us thru the french quarter
The guide was so good. She took us to the well known and no so well known restaurants. Everything was ready for us and the food was wonderful. I would do this again.
I would highly recommend this tour. The food was amazing. Our guide was so knowledgeable and picked some really varied locations. I would highly recommend this one.
We both loved this tour and our guide was great, I highly recommend this to anyone. You see the French Quarter and taste food traditional to the French Quarter and the history of the area and food is explained. Don't miss it.
Philipe was an exceptional guide, and made the tour a spectacular one for us! It was a small group 4 plus the guide, and we sampled no less than 8 different items, including muffaleta, mimosa, gumbo, pralines, po'boy and more. The 3 hours whizzed by so fast, as Philipe's knowledge and stories kept us talking the whole time. Communication from Julie in advance was exceptional and detailed. Highly recommended!
Did this tour I am a native with 3 visiting friends. We had a great time, learned not only about the food but the history of the French Quarter as well. The food of course was great! My favorite was the roast beef po-boy. I get many visitors throughout the year, and I will definitely book this trip again with anyone who is a self proclaimed foodie! Oh and we went back and had dinner at one of the tour guides recommended places to eat. Well done!
This tour was amazing and our guide was phenomenal, we learned so much about the history and culture in addition to tasting the best of New Orleans! It was a fun tour and I would highly recommend it !
Your was great! It was awesome to try so many New Orleans Cuisines.
Highly recommend. Best value for the price. Food and tour guide were both excellent.
This was definitely a 10 in my book. Mary was an informative, friendly and gracious guide. we expected to taste small samples of the foods but they were abundant and generous. What a treat. I don't remember what we paid for this experience but it was worth every penny. The history, the antidotes the fun we had was awesome. I would recommend it as a MUST when coming to NOLA.
This was my second time taking this tour and I can't recommend it enough! I actually took this tour last year with Julie, and this year from Elizabeth. Both are amazing guides who will give you far more than just a great food experience- they will tell you all about the amazing history of New Orleans through food! They also provide fantastic recommendations on what to see, do, and eat while in New Orleans. I've done many tours through Viator all over the world, and this remains my favorite!
When I went to New Orleans I decided I wanted to eat everything. Well, this tour sure takes care of a lot of the items on any foodie's list. Our guide Philipe was softspoken but brimming with interesting facts about all the food he gave us, the origins, the stories, and the culture behind every dish. Go hungry because you'll eat a little bit of a lot of stuff and will feel quite full before the tour is even over.
This tour was the best! It was the first thing we did, and it was a great start to our trip! Our guide was so knowledge, professional, and friendly! The food was delicious as we got to try so many different places, but the local guide and her knowledge is what set this tour apart!
