Enjoyed the city tour very much!!!!! We were able to see alot of the city and get some great history. Would recommend this tour to anyone. The buses were very easy to spot at the drop off points. Guides very nice and informative. LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed the tour around the city. Completed the entire loop to hear the guide describe all the locations/stops. Then we decided on the the stops we would hop-off at and what we wanted to see. Worked great!

This service was just wonderful...our first time to visit the area and wanted to see where we wanted to visit. By riding the bus we were able to pick and choose where to get off and on.

The Tour was very enjoyable. The tour guides knowledgeable and entertaining. The city tour is rain or shine. The point of interests were very cultural and historical which I felt the town and its heartbeat. I highly recommend the Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour to anyone who wants to see tour in a day or 2 days.

Convenient, well organized, on time. Suggest they are more proactive in offering walking tours up front.

Enjoyed the tour. The guides were very informative and entertaining. Did the entire tour before getting off. Didn't have enough time (started 9:30 at Jackson Square) to stop at the all places we wanted, like the WW II museum, with a one-day pass. Would still recommend the tour for just a nice over view of the city.

The staff was really nice and informative.Went during mardi gras 2013. One of best ways to see a lot of the city without a car. Only complaint is the last guaranteed tour time at 3:15 which they should make clear rather than stating the tour ends at 5PM.

Everything about the tour was great! Fun friendly and knowledgeable guide. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is we couldn't see all of the attractions. It was superbowl weekend so a disclaimer that all attractions wouldn't be available would have been nice.

The trip was well worthwhile. The biggest issue was the lack of stop information. We boarded at the St Charles and Louisiana Ave. There was no indication that the Hop on Hop off stopped at the busstop or anywhere else. We waited 25 minutes for a bus and were on the point of giving up.

They were short of buses, so they did not come by as frequently and ended early. There were some very unhappy customers. The tour guides need to watch their jokes and I thought some were offending (and I am very liberal).

Paid alot more by booking then if we had paid that day.Introduced us to the neighborhoods and gave us a idea where we might want to go.Tour guide made sure we knew that we should tip him and that was a little annoying.

Unseasonably cold weather, so top of tour bus was very unpleasant. Tour guides were not very informative. Sound system on bus was horrible. The actual bus route is perfect though. The hop-on-hop-off option is wonderful. The arrivals/departures are very reliable. Would do again.
