This is a great way to see the devastated neighborhoods. Our guide was a New Orleans native and he helped us see New Orleans from a much different perspective than in the media. He was excellent. I think it was a 15 passenger van - with 15 adults it was a tight fit. If you are claustrophobic (like me), sit in the front seat or on the end of the first two rows.

Our tour guide was very nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable. He did point out storm damage but just seemed to tell us the bare minimum.
