This was an excellent trip. Our guide had 20+ years experience. We saw the good, bad and hopeful. We would highly recommend this tour.

This was an excellent tour with a very knowledgable guide who kept us informed with commentary throughout the entire tour. Good use is made of maps, photos etc. to help explain what happened.

It is true the vehicle is not that big and if full you could well be cramped. Also since it is some years now since Katrina there has been quite a lot of rebuilding, so it may not seem as ruined as it once was. I wouldnt recommend it for young children either as the tour is long with only one stop.

Yes a good tour and our guide Joseph was very good, and I would recommend this tour to anyone heading to New Orleans.

Although I lived in New Orleans twenty years ago and have been back twice since then I have never actually taken a tour of the ciry. I found the tour so informative and educational. The devastation that still remains in New Orleans is eye opening and apathetic. These tours help to educate the tourist coming to see the need of this great city. The guide who lived through the hurricane offered first hand accounts of his personal experience. This was a great tour and I would highly recommend it.

This tour was certainly an eye opener on what happened and the long term effect of the storm. If you just stay in the French Quarter you won't get the true picture of the challenges the city still faces.

If you are visiting New Orleans for the first time after Katrina, you should definitely take this tour. Our driver Diane was very knowledgeable.

This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. The tour guide had so much information to share with us. Coming from Pennsylvania, we only got to see the news comverage. It really takes your breathe away to see the devistation first hand. This tour was very humbling. I just hope and pray that the people of the 9th ward continue to hang in there and continue to rebuild.

Really saw a lot and got a great understanding of what happened, why, and where life is going for the people and areas effected.

This tour is a must for anyone wanting to get a perspective on what happened, and what is still happening, in the post-Katrina age. A visit to NOLA and the French Quarter will give you no feel at all for what happened and why. Very informative.

Great tour! It gave us a good understanding of where the worst of the event happened and the great way the rising of New Orleans is now underway.
