This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. The tour guide had so much information to share with us. Coming from Pennsylvania, we only got to see the news comverage. It really takes your breathe away to see the devistation first hand. This tour was very humbling. I just hope and pray that the people of the 9th ward continue to hang in there and continue to rebuild.

Really saw a lot and got a great understanding of what happened, why, and where life is going for the people and areas effected.

This tour is a must for anyone wanting to get a perspective on what happened, and what is still happening, in the post-Katrina age. A visit to NOLA and the French Quarter will give you no feel at all for what happened and why. Very informative.

Great tour! It gave us a good understanding of where the worst of the event happened and the great way the rising of New Orleans is now underway.

What a great tour operator! When I couldn't be picked up at my original location at the hotel entrance due to buses blocking the way, they immediately made other arrangements. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very personable. She explained not only what happened during Katrina, but why it happened. There were also supplemental maps and pictures that helped tell the story. This tour is small group in a van, not a large busload. That means there are a lot of chances to ask questions and interact. If you want to gain an understanding of Katrina and its continuing impact, take this tour.

Very impressive, our guide was really friendly and knowledgable! Showed us the 9th ward among other things and told us such sad information. To get the complete story of New Orleans, you can not just visit the French Quarter and listen to Jazz but should also see its disasters.

Our guide did a wonderful job narrating the trip. It was far superior to the same trip we took last year. It was money and time well spent.

The tour was handled very well. What we saw was still very sad. But if you travel to New Orleans, you need to see the devastation that still remains. They do a very nice job.

It was really informative, and the driver/guide was very sensible about how much he had told us based on his own experience and insights into what should be done to prevent the same kind of disaster from happening again. I'm really glad that I took the tour.

Tour company was not able to give us the Post Katrina tour so we went on a swamp tour instead for more money. A little disappointing but the tour we went on was great, due to the guide.

The information from the guide was phenomenal. He was extremely insightful and would answer all inquiries. I brought students to NOLA for a building project with Habitat for Humanity and this was the perfect orientation for the project. What was difficult was the small van - I was expecting a mini bus. Hard for folks sitting in the back who easily get motion sickness. This tour also needs to incorporate one or two more stops for folks to get out and move about. Hard to sit for three hours.
