The driver was very knowledgeable and interesting. The problem arose with the 13 passenger van with bench seats. Unfortunately there were 4 over weight people that forced my wife and I to sit "one cheeked" on the seats...we were the last ones picked up but the first to make reservations...with a seat belt buckle up our butts for 3 hours. We were refunded 1/2 the tour price but what they need to do is load the van with 10 people not 13 because there was a third lady that was in the same position we were.

Our trip was most uncomfortable; the seating was crowded, the view obstructed, the temperature stiffling and the ride jaring. The guide, although seemingly knowledgable, was repetitive. Being from out of state we had no idea where we were in the city; a gathering of participants before the tour to explain the route would have organized the trip considerably. We will not recommend this tour to our travelling friends. The owner seemed to think that our group had some very large people and that caused the overcrowding, heat and discomfort; this excuse falls on deaf ears as all participants were of normal size. The van was simply to small to accomodate 12 people!
