Driver was waiting for us near baggage carousel, short walk to very clean and modern limousine. Driver provided a lot of useful information about New Orleans.
I was a little nervous about the service since I had not used them before. I was also concerned when I couldn't get confirmation of the scheduled trip by internet or telephone calls after 2 days of calling and leaving voice messages. However, I was finally able to get the confirmation via telephone prior to our trip and the internet confirmation did work a few days prior to our arrival. The service is very impressive. The vehicles are new, up to date, clean and the drivers are very professional. I will definately use them again in the future! Good job!
Our arrival in New Orleans was met promptly by our courteous driver, who pointed out local landmarks as we drove into the city and delivered us safely to our destination hotel in the French Quarter. I would certainly use this service in the future.

The driver was on time and courteous and delivered us to our destination in a timely manner allowing for traffic.

It was great. The driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign with our name on it. Much appreciated after a long day and a late arrival. Only concern was that the driver could have been friendlier. He barely spoke two sentences during our journey.

A very convenient way to get from the airport to the hotel. The process was easy and the driver was there when we arrived.

We were met at the airport by our driver and taken right to our hotel. He was very professional and courteous and ensured we were set for our return trip.
The driver was 20 plus minutes late picking us up. Disappointing for the price we paid considering a taxi would have cost us much less.
This customer was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Had to spend over 1/2 hr on the phone 24hrs prior to trip as I was handed over to 4 different people. Not sure why I had to confirm resertvation since i already paid.
Pick-up was good.
Will never use service again.
