When making a booking, please note your flight arrival details and full address of your New Orleans downtown hotel or name of the cruise terminal. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
This transfer cannot be used for transit between ports and hotels.

I would definitely use Go Airport again. Upon our arrival at the airport, went went to their desk as instructed on the voucher. We were given a ticket and directed to our taxi van which was waiting at curbside for us. Our driver was very personable; plus, he gave us some history of NOLA on our way to our hotel.

Very easy to find the tour desk had us in New Orleans at our hotel within an 1 and half of getting off the plane. The driver was telling us all about the city on the way to hotel.
