our trip from the air port to the hotel was good..we may have waited 10 or 15 minutes. but when we went to the desk to get our computor printed tickets changed for the trip the girl put our 11 am pick up from the ship to 930... the ship wasn't even letting people off yet, when we got off at 10;30 we noticed the change on the ticket and had to call for the driver to come back for us. no problem he was back 20 minutes. although I noticed that a taxi drive was $33 for two people and 14 for each one after that...so since there was 4 of us and it would have been $61 in stead of 80.. oh well listen learned.

Too many hotel stops prior to dropping me off and due to construction, I couldn't be dropped at the hotel and needed to walk a block with luggage

Although the shuttle is an affordable alternative to a private car or taxi, the timeliness needs much to be desired. Eight of us were waiting for a 12:30 shuttle from our hotel to the airport, and it didn't arrive until 1:00, with no explanation, apology, nor compensation.
