The steamboad Natchez Evening cruise was excellent with the sounds of the Jzz musice coming from the upper deck and the steam organ on the the upper deck was playing just before we got aboard was unique. The food was lovely. The staff could do enough for you. My husband went to look at the engine room and had a chat with the engineer who had worked on the boat from day 1. Recommend to everyone very New Orleans thing to do.

We took this cruise on the last night of our week long vacation in New Orleans, and on the evening of our wedding anniversary. It didn't disappoint. You board one hour before they set sail. During this time, a Dixieland jazz band is playing, there is a gift shop to peruse and an open bar which sells mixed and virgin drinks. Sitting out on deck and watching the mighty Mississippi River, while enjoying music and a drink is a wonderful, relaxing experience. There were plenty of deck chairs for everyone. Later on in the cruise, a wonderful dinner buffet is served of local foods, in a lovely dining room, with pretty table linens. Many people dressed up for this occasion! The food was fabulous and the waiters were gracious and extremely friendly. As the sun sets and the world grows dark, the lights of the Mississippi River bridge are so beautiful. It is all very romantic. The experience was soooo worth the price and then some! You even get a photo of yourself and loved one (purchase price around $22) to remember the trip. I cannot recommend this cruise enough. It was a wonderful end to a fantastic trip to New Orleans!

This was a fun evening. The jazz band played on one of the fore decks and then moved to the dining room when dinner was served. They were very good. The engine room (steam) was open for touring. The food was buffet style and really pretty good and plentiful. The Bread pudding was the best we had on the whole trip.

We loved the evening jazz cruise. The staff were wonderful, the food was fabulous, and the music was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate about doing it again the next time we're in New Orleans and recommend it to others.

The hostess Gina. Made the trip so worth the drive over. The food was awesome. The bathrooms were spotless. But Gina made the evening something that I would highly recommend and I will return to take my two sons on that excursion. My stay at the Sheraton hotel near the convention center was terrible.

Excellent experience. The jazz band was the best we encountered in our week in New Orleans. The food was also great. Well worth the cost and time. We will do this again next time we are in town.
