Very enjoyable. One of the things you have to do when you're in New Orleans.
The music, the ride and food was all great! What more could I ask for? We are going to be in New Orleans again in March with some friends and plan on taking the cruise again.
I had read in a customer review that the great thing about purchasing tickets through Viator would be that you could go to the front of the line. This is not correct! You still need to wait in the lines, which can be quite long. I recommend arriving 1 hour prior to allow enough time to get through the lines and get a good seat. We did the Sunday brunch which was fabulous! We would definitely do this again!!
We had great weather and a lovely trip. The brunch food was very good and the jazz trio added to the ambiance. We could roam all decks of the ship at leisure. Also learned interesting facts about New Orleans commerce and businesses and communities we passed along the shore. I would definitely recommend this excursion.
The steamer left on time and returned on time. The information was clear and interesting. The band was great and I enjoyed sitting and listening in the dining area and also hearing it on deck. The service areas were clean as were the decks. We were blessed with good weather and everyone on board seemed to be enjoying it as much as I was.
Wonderful food, informative tour guides , and an awesome live Jazz Band! We enjoyed ourselves so much, can and #39;t wait to go again!
very relaxing . excellent food and service . very good value for money
This is a must do when you go to New Orleans. The trip is nice and you learn some history. The Jazz band is wonderful and the food is pretty good too! My husband and I had a lovely time.
Relaxing Sunday brunch. Excellent food and music. Great way to end our visit to NOLA!
The trip on the river was wonderful and the brunch superb. This activity was more than expected. Highly recommended.
The Steamboat Natchez Jazz Lunch/Brunch Cruise a must- do while in New Orleans French Market area! A wonderful, buffet of New Orleans cuisine was served while listening to a great jazz band. The history of the area wasn't narrated as we cruised the mighty Mississippi for a 2 hour tour. I would highly recommend this while in the area of the French Market area of New Orleans!
Brunch was great! Buffet style, but very good food. The boat is an authentic steamboat and they let you walk into the engine room and see how the boat works.
Brunch was excellent, staff was friendly, enjoyed the cruise!! would recommend!!!
This was a great tour for 5 adults,1 child and even infants2. The buffet was delicious, especially the ham. and having a reservation made the whole operation painless. Don't miss this one.
The experience was great. I will be doing the cruise again in the future.

This was an amazing afternoon, good brunch and a great trip
we had a really nice time on the natchez. food was good. enjoyed the organist before boarding. the weather was great!
The steamboat cruise on the Mississippi was absolutely wonderful. The weather was perfect, the river was very calm, which made for a smooth ride, and the information that was given to us as we were on the boat was so informative. whoever was doing the talking was very, very good. we learned a lot about the waterway and enjoyed the 2 hours very much. we did not want it to end. I highly recommend this to everyone, a great excursion to do. great job to all.
My sisters and I came to NOLA to celebrate our birthdays. We choose the Steamboat Natchez Jazz Brunch Brunch Cruise for a Sunday afternoon and were not disappointed at all. Cruising down the Mississippi with good food, great music and air conditioning, well we couldn't have asked for more. So happy that we had the opportunity!
