We had a great time.....Everyone we met was FABULOUS. Southern Hospitality is alive and well in New Orleans. I would recommend this Cruise. Great way to spend a night.
This trip was AMAZING! My husband and I took the dinner cruise and were greeted by Yvonne who has been around the boat since she was a little kid and has a great working relationship with all of the crew and they all treat each other like family. She took us around and answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the boat and everything that went on and was with us every step of the way. Food was fantastic and the Dukes of Dixieland a 6 piece jazz band that I could listen to all night long. This is a do not miss trip it is so great! I would go back on in a heartbeat! Thanks again for a great tour and dinner cruise!
Service was great and the whole experience was totally unique. Great time!
Service was excellent. Received more than we had expected. Plenty of good food. Was really treated like VIP's.
Loved the steamboat cruise. The dinner was very tasty. We went for the VIP- it was worth the extra. Our concierge -she was wonderful and attentive!
Wonderful tour! Special thanks to Jordan, Captain Steve, DeShawn, and Emma. Their warm reception, attentiveness, and hospitality was greatly appreciated. It was our son's favorite tour, he was given the "first mate" treatment. Great end to our NOLA vacation. (Only suggestion would be a child's price for youngsters under 12. The captain's escorted tour of the steamboat is a great learning experience for kids.)
This was one of the highlights to our New Orleans Trip. The experience was worth every cent! We had our personal rep Named Ms. Leigh she was wonderful and took excellent care of us every minute from the time she escorted us from the dock to take our professional picture in front of the boat then to our private table on deck and served us our drinks and shrimp cocktail before the ship left. We then had another private table inside and a wonderful waitress called wiesha who took wonderful care of us and we wanted for nothing! If booking just a note do the first seating at 6pm for dinner. Food was so so, buffet all you can eat. Then the captian came down and did a wonderful private tour of the whole ship, Thank you Captian Robby for such fun and a wonderful tour and a chance to meet the crew! We then went to the upper deck where they had a jazz band playing all night that you could dance to. The views where incredible of the city this is a trip you should not miss. at the end of the night they gave us a bag of goodies with our professional picture, 2 etched wine glasses with a picture of the ship, a cd of the music that was playing and a bunch of other goodies. You feel like a VIP all the way on this trip...splurg you will love it worth every cent....add unlimited drink too well worth it for the extra $20.

Highley recommened! pay extra for the VIP was well woth it.
Wonderful tour - it's worth doing the VIP version. Best part is tour of the boat with the captain who was delightful, food excellent and great jazz band.
This tour was wonderful! We upgraded to the open bar selection and it was turned out to be so much more than we thought. Personalized service! We were escorted on board by the captain, we had two lovely ladies serve us throughout the cruise as well as a guided tour of the boat by the captain.
This was a great way to end our evening. We were greeted by a VIP Host who allowed us to skip the line and got us seated right away. The VIP experience is definitely the way to go, we were given our welcome drink which was a glass of Champagne and were also provided with a special appetizer prepared by the chef. The meal is buffet style and the servers were lovely, they were very sweet and warm and definitely full of Southern hospitality. After our meal, we met the Captain for our private engine room tour and then we finished our evening by sitting outside and listening to great Jazz.
We had a great time, dinner cruises are definitely one of our favorite things to do while traveling because not only do you get a great meal but you get to take in the view while sailing. The food and service was great and the tour of the engine room was very interesting. Overall, this was a great experience.
