This trip was totally worth the extra expense. You got to get upclose to some amazing animals and it was a great day to see everything. I would definitely recommend taking this tour with the Wild Australia Experience as you get a more hands on tour then taking just the normal Zoo tour.

We had a great day at the Sydney Taronga Zoo. The Cable Car was under maintenance so we did not get to do that but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the zoo and the Wild Australia Experience was not only educational but was so much fun! The zoo keeper who guided our small group of 8 was knowledgeable and we got to do and see so much behind the scenes. It was our first full day in Sydney and what a wonderful introduction to the native wildlife. We highly recommend Wild Australia if you want to pet and feed Wallaby's, Kangaroos and other animals and get up close and personal with those cute little Koalas!

The tour was fantastic! We fed kangaroos and wallabys and got face time with koalas. Our guide was very informative. Taronga is the best zoo I\we've ever been to.

Best 2 hours I have spent for a long time. The keeper was totally enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. He was the best ambassador the zoo could have. Just to be able to be close and hold the animals was amazing.

The "behind the scenes" tour of the Australian wildlife was very interesting with up close looks (poetting distance) at unique animals. With a group of 8, the guide was able to answer everyone's questions about the animals and how they survived in the outback. The zoo itself is very interesting as well. The giraffes have a great view of the Sydney Opera House!

Really excellent tour. My 11 year old rated it as the best zoo experience he's ever had. Great to get up close experience with the super different "down under" critters that we don't get to see in the United States.
