Our Niagara Falls 2 day coach trip from New York was cold in Feb but well worth doing. Our 2 tour guides Mary ( Italian interpreter) and Matt were fantastic and we would like Viator to pass on our personal thanks. Interesting tour guides with their particular type of group involvement make the experience all the more worth remembering. Promptness, organisational skills and friendliness, thumbs up to the company. From 3 Aussies, Pat Julie and Madeline

This was a very good value tour and travelling to Niagara during the winter was a very different experience. Our tour guide Mat was very caring , well informed and professional in his manner and dress. Our overall enjoyment of this tour was spoilt by loud manner of the translater who accompanied us.

So nice to see the Nigara falls and the Canadian Nigara falls is a nice town with lots to eat n every open till really late :) yes it's lots of time on the road but this is expected. If you have more time its nice to spend a couple of days there before heading back. The room we stayed is huge.

Although a long way by coach the time went by quickly and Niagara falls was amazing. Definately worth travelling to the Canadian side for the night with great views of the falls and a visit to the caves. The town of Niagara in Canada is well worth the visit too plenty to do and some good bars and restaurants.

I find it a highly recommendable option to visit Niagara Falls from New York. The visit to the Falls is very complete, although I missed some more time by ourselves at Niagara Falls.

Trip was excellent except for unnecessary time spent at duty free. we would have preferred to have had this time used instead to stop and view the falls at night in Canada. In Canada the hotel was good but considering the time lost in border crossing into Canada and the time wasted at duty free there seemed little point in going into Canada.

Niagra Falls were awesome. The actual tour was very disorganised. More information needs to be provided about the initial meeting location. Thank goodness we were early or we would not have been able to work out what bus we were on. There were people waiting everywhere on a street corner for different tours with no signage on buses and no one directing people where to go. The tour guide had no idea about who was on the tour and was organising hotel accomodation on the actual day. When we arrived at hotel the hotel initially knew nothing of our booking. Given false information about where we would be staying on the American side of the falls. Online informations states the Howard Johnson Hotel located very near the falls. Instead we were accomodated at the Comfort Inn a long way away from the falls. Told we would be collected at or after 9am. The bus turned up at 8.30am to collect us. The tour guide loved the sound of his own voice and was highly opinionated and actually insulted a Russian girl on the tour with some of his inappropriate comments. It would be nice to have an American guide on an American tour. We were asked to confirm this trip 48 hrs prior. When I called up to do so, I probably spoke to about 5 people before I got an English speaking person. Very strange. Thank goodness for the falls which made the trip worthwhile
