The trip was fantastic! Michael was very knowlegeable and was fun to be with. I don't mind going back through your tour again. The room was very nice. The only thing was your driver was on his cellphone a lot and got very scary and should be prohibited while he was driving. Other passengers were concerned too! Over all we had a very good time! Thank you!

The journey was long, but the end destination was worth it. Seeing the falls from above and below was an outstanding treat. No food was provided, but there were stops at fast-food outlets where needed. The hotel at Niagara was superb, and the various stops on the way made the journey tolerable.

Seeing Niagara Falls in person is definitely worth the road trip. Wasn't impressed with tour guide we had but driver was very good. Accommodation on Canadian side was good.

Excellent trip and Excellent views, especially from the Canadian falls. However the cost is abit on the high side. Would be good if the trip cost slightly less

Had a great time. Long and tiring drive, but worth the experience. Could have easily done without the Outlet experience, but overall a good couple of days, and I would recommend the trip.

Well done. Very professional. Staying at the Super 8 was in a bit of a sketchy area but the hotel was nice and clean.

I thought the trip was wonderful and good value. I especially like staying the night on the Canadian side of the Falls. Glen Watkins Park was a great surprise for someone who lives in NYC as I do. I thought our guide was not always clear in instructions and her English not the best.

The main attraction and the excursions along the way were great. The bus was an hour late on the day we left due to flooding of a tunnel, but it was just due to weather. The tour guides were just ok.

Trip was wonderful. Would highly recommend it. We stopped at Watkins Glen on the way. This is an amazing place to see. We stopped on the American side of the Falls for a walk around and photo stop, then headed off to the Canadian side to our Hotel. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a spa room. We all went our own way for dinner and all met for breakfast, which was quite substantial. After breakfast we headed to the falls, which was amazing. We then boarded the Maid of the Mist and got right down amongst the falls. We then departed and headed back to New York with a shopping stop on the way. Our tour guide Michael and bus driver Gilbert were awesome.

The trip to Niagara Falls is well the money. The host were a delight to be around. I highly recommend the trip. However, the bus company needs to check their buses before they are put on the road; the bus bathroom was disgusting, dirty and stink. Also, the bus tire burst while we were traveling; very dangerous situation.. The tires should have been checked. There was no spare tire under the bus. I observed another bus stopping to drop of a tire.. not good.

Niagra is an unmissable experience and is worth the longggggggg bus trip, bring a good book. Would have liked longer time at the falls on the second day and if need be would sacrifice the shopping stop. Also would have liked a map or explaination of the various areas we passed through.The breakfast provided by Super 8 motel was unsatifactory as it comprised of egg, fried potato things and pancakes. We were not given a choice despite cereal, fruit etc for other residents. Would suggest offering an upgrade to cater for other preferences.

Niagara Falls was fantastic. and my sister and myself really enjoyed seeing them. Also the hotel in Niagara was better than we had expected. The coach trip was however very long and the places we stopped for food could have been better. Our driver was excellent but our guide was not. She did not give us much information and depended largely on the driver to tell her what to say. Then coming back into New York she told us how much she expected for a tip!

bus was not clean / had technical problem which caused a one hour tour time delay . One passenger and her family had passport issues at the border of Canada which caused an additional tour time delay. Tour guide was very friendly and provided good service .Food stop can improve.
