The trip to Niagara Falls is well the money. The host were a delight to be around. I highly recommend the trip. However, the bus company needs to check their buses before they are put on the road; the bus bathroom was disgusting, dirty and stink. Also, the bus tire burst while we were traveling; very dangerous situation.. The tires should have been checked. There was no spare tire under the bus. I observed another bus stopping to drop of a tire.. not good.
what a superb trip it was to see niagara falls. however the bus trip nearly killed us! strongly advise people to fly down!
travel time in the bus was a bit long but overall a great two days.
Niagra is an unmissable experience and is worth the longggggggg bus trip, bring a good book. Would have liked longer time at the falls on the second day and if need be would sacrifice the shopping stop. Also would have liked a map or explaination of the various areas we passed through.The breakfast provided by Super 8 motel was unsatifactory as it comprised of egg, fried potato things and pancakes. We were not given a choice despite cereal, fruit etc for other residents. Would suggest offering an upgrade to cater for other preferences.
Niagara Falls was fantastic. and my sister and myself really enjoyed seeing them. Also the hotel in Niagara was better than we had expected. The coach trip was however very long and the places we stopped for food could have been better. Our driver was excellent but our guide was not. She did not give us much information and depended largely on the driver to tell her what to say. Then coming back into New York she told us how much she expected for a tip!
bus was not clean / had technical problem which caused a one hour tour time delay . One passenger and her family had passport issues at the border of Canada which caused an additional tour time delay. Tour guide was very friendly and provided good service .Food stop can improve.
We had a great time, saw lots of the country side and the falls we stopped at along the way were very impressive. Well organised by the tour group, ‘Maid of the Mist’ lots of fun. Hotel outstanding for the money we paid, far better than anticipated. The falls themselves were very fabulous; it’s unfortunate that the city of Niagara Falls on the Canadian side is so tacky! We were up early and had the chance to be at the falls on the American side on our own fantastic timing. Worth the trip.
A 12 hour bus ride but it was all worth it. Maid of the Mist boat ride is a must! The Super 8 Inn that we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Good round up with a shopping trip to Crossings Outlet.
Excellent trip, long days, falls are magnificent and well worth it.
A long trip. Driver and guide were good. Accommodation excellent. Useless stop at Watkins Glen. Also outlet stop on way back too short and waste of time. Need to stop at better place for lunch. Enjoyed Niagara Falls great visit.
It was a very good trip although bus late arriving to pick us up, which then seemed a rush to ensure we got on the last boat of the day at Niagra 4.15pm? On the bus it was well organised and guides very good. The hotel was very good breakfast o.k. Saw everything we wanted and nice to have free time in the evening. It would be good to have a mall guide so you knew what was there before arrival as time was quite limited there.I would recommend it to others.
the tour guide was really informative and the driver really kind. bus was not new but not too bad.
This was a great experience. We were lucky the Maid of the Mist started operation on the day we went. Value for money.
Excellent trip, Niagara falls was amazing, guide was informative and helpful. Only thing i would change is i'd prefer if they didn't stop at fast food chains during the bus trip.
