It is the quickest way to orientate yourself in New York. The only problem was that you have to sit in an open-top bus, which would have been great in summer, but was uncomfortably chilly in December. Not Viator's fault, though.

Excellent experience, but you really need to devote three complete days to it all. There's no time for anything else. It is good value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone who's never been to New York City before.

This was very good value, and there's just one thing you do need to know: on the night trip you need to wrap up against the cold.

This tour made it easy to experience New York City. We really enjoyed the tours and the guides were great and informational. Only issue: It was hard to keep up with the tour bus ticket. It would be easier if there were wrist bands or something to wear to get on and off the buses.

We felt the value was OK, but the traffic (which you have no control over) was so busy that it took time to get where we were going. We purchased the 3-day so we could have the Statue of Liberty included, but the lines here were very long. We were happy with the tour people and, all in all, glad we did the tour.

It was way too much to do in three days, even though the three days were the best part of the package. We didn't even get to take all of the tours, nor experience all of the attractions. We would have had to ride on the tour bus and not hop-on or hop-off; which was also a great part of the package.

Paid for a 3 day loop trip, only used it twice. Not enough buses queued for 30 minutes. Could not hop on hop off because you could not get back on again because the buses were to full. The tour guide was rude. I would not recommend this trip.
