On arrival in Washington DC you will visit the Air and Space Museum, pass by the Library of the Congress, Federal Supreme Court and see the US Capitol. Other highlights during the Washington DC Overnight Tour include the Washington, Jefferson's and Lincoln monuments, as well as an outside view of the world famous White House. Enjoy a taste of history at the National Museum of the American Indian, and a sobering visit to Arlington Cemetery to see the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the graves of Robert and John F Kennedy.
Continue to Niagara Falls where you will have the chance to cruise on the historic "Maid of the Mist" boat for an up-close experience of Niagara Falls. The 30 minute cruise takes you through the foaming waters to the base of the American Falls and the basin of Horseshoe Falls. You will get close enough to the falls to feel the cool mist on your skin.
The "Maid of the Mist" only operates in the warmer months so if you are travelling from mid-October to April you will instead visit the Scenic Tunnels. Now known as "Journey Behind the Falls", an elevator takes you behind the great sheet of Niagara Falls down to a thunderous up close view of Niagara Falls.

Itinerary:
Day 1: New York - Washington DC
Travel south to Washington through New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Upon arrival in Washington DC you will visit the Air and Space Museum where hundreds of artifacts of aviation and space exploration can be found. Pass by the Library of the Congress, Federal Supreme Court and view the US Capitol where elected Senators and representatives meet to shape US legislative policy. Continue passing by the Washington and Jefferson's monuments and have a stop to visit Lincoln, Vietnam and the Korean War memorials. End the day by viewing the world famous White House, home to the American Presidents. Overnight is in Washington DC.
Day 2: Washington DC - New Jersey
Begin the day by visiting the Arlington National Cemetery. A walking tour will take you to the burial sites of Robert and John F. Kennedy as well as the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Then continue for a visit to Iwo Jima the famous Marine Corps War Memorial and a visit to the National Museum of the American Indian. In the afternoon you will travel to New Jersey for your overnight accommodation.
New Jersey - Niagara Falls
Travel northwest through the beautiful Mountains and across scenic upstate New York. Experience the state's diverse ethnic heritage and the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes, one of the country's premier wine producing areas, before reaching today's highlight, Niagara Falls. After sunset enjoy a walking tour to view the massive, illuminated waterfalls.
This morning enjoy breathtaking views of the Falls when you take a cruise on Niagara River, aboard the Maid of the Mist. You will get amazing close-ups at the base of the thundering waterfalls and feel the awesome power of the water. From mid-October to April when Maid of the Mist is not operating, you will the boat ride will be substituted with an awe inspiring visit to the Scenic Tunnels behind the Canadian Falls. After the cruise, return through picturesque countryside to New York City.

Important Passport and Visa Information:
Some nationalities may need multiple entry visa's to the U.S.A. and a Canadian visa. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. During the season Mid April - Mid October, when the Maid of the Mist is operating, the tour group stays at a hotel on the American side of the Falls. During the winter months, when the Maid of the Mist is not operating, the tour stays on the Canadian side of the Falls.
United States citizens require either a valid passport or an original birth certificate along with a government issued photo id, like a drivers license. All other passengers must travel with a valid passport.
You must advise your nationality in the "Special Requirements" box when making your booking. Please also advise full names of all passengers as they appear on passports. Your booking cannot be confirmed without these details.
Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations made 31 days or more will incur a 10% cancellation penalty. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation penalty. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation penalty. No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
