Plane was alright but was glad there was only 4 of us on this trip, plane crew/staff were very good, hotels were good but choice of rooms would be nice, restaurants were very average and it would be better to have breakfast and lunch and let you chose if you wish dinner, ground transportation did not meet our expectations - very uncomfortable, most drivers were very informative about area unlike tour operator who had very limited knowledge. Pennsylvania Amish Country this should be dropped from Itinerary, just a very long boring day, chocolate factory is fine for kids not adults, and very expensive poor quality food at restaurants, Amish was just a mock up of what it would be like to be Amish - just money spinning for the town - felt ripped off. Overall a good price for this kind of trip, lets you see alot over a short period, this is a exhausting trip, and no time to yourself, I hope they keep it going but needs refinements.

It was quite a neat trip. The concept has a lot of potential. They really need to train their staff though. The guide was brand new and could not speak English very well. He could not control the gruop, so a lot of time was wasted and lots of the travellers were upset.

This trip could be fantastic with some changes, barring them I would not recommend it. The flights, accommodation and the majority of the attractions were great. Unfortunately though there were problems with the dinners which were average at best and our tour guide who lacked basic knowledge of locations and whose attitude detracted from what would otherwise have been a great trip.

Flights and ground transportation excellent. Most accommodation good. Let down by guide capability. Dinners generally poor and tours mixed. Do you really want to go all the way to east coast to a butterfly world or to a tour of Hershey's chocolate world designed for children or eat in low end cares hosting children's themed parties ? Tour has the potential to be excellent but feels like costs are now being cut to maximize profits. Need to get all aspects to align to the expected high quality experience

Below expectations. Very disappointed about the guide tour, as she had no qualifications, knowledge and experience for this job. It is unacceptable for such a tour not to get valuable informations during the visits and to lose time because the guide lacks experience and organisation.
Otherwise the hotels and breakfasts were good but the (included) dinners took place outside, in cheaper restaurants so the food was quite "basic". And at lunch time (not included) we usually did not have opportunity or time to eat more than a sandwich or hamburger.
Other than that the plane and staff was ok, and the bus drivers did a good job.

Our plane made an unscheduled stop because of bad weather in Atlantic City and we where then told the plan could not take off again because there was a bolt missing from the landing gear and the plan was grounded so we had to take a coach to New York City. Part of the trip was cancelled and we where not informed. We did not cruise along the Potomac River on a boat tour to Mount Vernon. we where just taken there by coach. When I asked why we where not going on the river I was told we did not have time. NOT the best tour I have been on.

This was the worst tour that we have ever had.
90% of the tour was spoken in german.
If we had wanted a tour in german then we would have gone to Germany not the USA.
Pennsylvania was 3 1/4 hours of a chocolate factory and an Amish farm no history about this beautiful state which is rich in history.
Our tour director had little to no knowledge of any of the places we visited.
This tour has put us off touring for ever.
26 people on the tour and only 4 of us had english as our 1st language everyone else spoke german.
The tour guide probably only got the job because she spoke german as it was certainly not for her knowledge which was non existed.
She had never been to Capital Hill or Arlington Cementry before so how can she conduct a tour.
The food was poor and the accommodation very strange with us having a room for the 1st 3 nights with a window that faced into the hotel and not outwards with direct sunli8ght.
