Wonderful flight, would've been better if I had sat next to the window!! But hey thats life!! Now I can say I've done it!!

The waiting around and queuing to book in were at times hard work, even though we had booked in advance to try and cut out the hassle. Do make sure you know your weight as this is also required before your trip. The helicopter trip was well worth the wait though. The pilot was friendly and made the trip enjoyable. The sun was just setting and the views were amazing. I just wish the trip was longer. Tip - Make sure you have extra money as on arrival there is a new extra charge that we were not aware of. Putting all the problems aside - brilliant.

The tour was great. However the customer service of the people at the reception area was not good. Tell them to be nicer to their customers!

It's a great trip, although it's a shame there is no commentary during the helicopter flight. Also the loading arrangements are a little like a cattle market when it's busy.

We arrived on time but we had to wait 1 hour!! The experience was absolutely fantastic (it was the people on the desk who weren't so good...).

This helicopter flight was really amazing! Seeing New York from the air is an incredible experience. The pilot told us what we were seeing, which was a nice plus. My parents don't speak English so they didn't understand, but even without the explanations they were really amazed, too, and didn't feel like they missed anything.

Phoned from the UK to pre-book flight time for 10.30, arrived 10.00 as instructed, waited over 60 minutes for flight and that only after complaining about the time we had to wait.

The trip was great in terms of organization. We arrived and did not have to wait too long to get on our helicopter. We were very disappointed that the pilot gave very little information about the sights we were seeing. It was a cool experience but would have been much better if we had a clue what we were looking at.

The actual flight was good. The pilot knew his stuff and maneuvered for good photos despite cramped condition. We had to pay for lockers to stow personal belongings; it was only one, but that seemed a bit excessive in terms of the overall quite expensive costs.

It would have been better if we knew where we would be seated in the helicopter. My wife was in the front, I was in the back. My wife does not know how to operate a camcorder, so our record of the flight could have been better.

I had done this trip before and repeated it as my parents were in town. I did not, however, feel that this time it represented good value for money. There could have been more guidance as to what we were passing, and I was also surprised that we only scooted down the coast and over toward Liberty Island. Would have opted for a cheaper flight if I had realised this.

Very short time in the air and a lot of hanging around.

We booked a time to fly, but still had to wait in excess of an hour. The flight time was billed as "ten to twelve minutes" and we landed smack on ten minutes!
