One of the highlights of the trip. Only slight complaint was that the pilot didn't give us much commentary on the sights as we were flying. But apart from this it was very good.

I loved this, however, it was very pricey for only 10 minutes. I was hoping to get a closer/better view of the Statue of Liberty. Didn't care for the staff, they were pushy and rude.

Was not too happy with the waiting around for the ride. They were running half an hour behind schedule. There were 6 in our party and I felt we were herded. It was a very tight squeeze in the helicopter. Once we were up in the air it was very difficult for the middle 2 passengers to see anything. The piolt was not very clear on his tour guiding and did not seem concerned whether you heard him or not.

Had another fantastic experience, for the 2nd time in NY. But in dismal surroundings with some of the worst staff encountered in NY. Need to address this as ride is the whole experience.

It was very simple to book using Viator. You're required to contact the supplier direct upon arriving in New York. They were efficient and courteous and we obtained the time and date slot we wanted. We arrived at the departure point and again everybody associated was efficient and courteous. The blurb had indicated that up to seven people might be on the helicopter, but there were only four plus pilots. The weather on the day was perfect, so that made for a highly recommendable trip.

I had to queue for two hours before being let inside, then waited another half hour before getting on the helicopter. All the waiting kind of ruined the experience.

Fantastic views, a little bit scary if you are not sure of heights but its all over so quickly there isn't really time to worry.

Definitely would advise that everyone does this. It was good fun, just wish it was longer and a bit brighter. The pilot was very good too.

A fantastic experience to view Manhattan from above. Staff were polite and helpful, only thing is there was no place for a cuppa, if there was a delay.
