The helicopter flight was fantastic. However, the organisation prior to boarding was terrible. I booked for a twilight flight but when we got there there was a delay and a group of 10 checked in in front of us. The manager at the check in was rude and had no people skills. Like I say though, the flight itself was fantastic! So it's a hard one to judge really!!

I booked a flight and turned up on time, only to be told the company had moved me to the next flight. That was fine, except that flight then got delayed and I didn't fly until almost two hours later. This 12-minute experience took over the whole day. It was good, but the company was very disorganised.

Great experience, worth the money at current exchanges rates GBP - USD. Make sure you take ID for all passengers on the day otherwise it's a nightmare as we found out.

The flight was really great. But we had to reschedule our booked trip to the next day because the estimated waiting time was two hours. The staff was really helpful, so we were on the very first flight the next morning.

This was almost a perfect experience. The helicopter ride was great. But, we felt a bit like cattle being herded in the waiting area. The staff was not especially welcoming, rather, they were brusque and the waiting procedure was unclear. The ride itself was wonderful, despite hazy weather.

Unfortunately it was cloudy that day, so I don't think we got to enjoy the experience as fully as we could have. However, within the bounds of that which the team could control the trip was fantastic. A great view of the key sites, very well hosted and commented, and a great flying experience. This was our first tourist day in New York and was a great start to our three days in the city. A must!

The trip was excellent but the reception staff were probably the worst we experienced during our trip to the USA. It costs nothing to be polite and they were not. Pilot and ground crew were good.

The view from the air was fab and would do it again. Only issue was that you are up in air for 5-6 minutes but it's advertised as 10-12 minutes.

Would recommend doing this to anyone. There is no other way to see New York than from the sky to get a real appreciation for the city!! We had a bright blue sky on the day we did it and it was fantastic!
