This is an absolute must do in New York our tour guide Joe had a tremendous knowledge of all things New York he had every confidence in our group of 5 to cycle through the streets of New York taking in Wall Street before heading over the Manhattan Bridge stopping along the way for the best possible photo opportunities. We had a look around Brooklyn before heading back over Brooklyn Bridge we saw sights normal tourists don't get to see can't recommend highly enough. So so glad we did this
This was one of the highlights of our visit to NYC!
In amazing weather, our tour guide Joe D was excellent. He was informative and friendly and made sure we felt safe when riding our bikes on the streets of Manhattan and Brooklyn. As we stopped along the way, he told us accurate historical facts about the areas we were travelling through.
We cycled along the East river, through Chinatown and then across the Manhattan Bridge. Joe kept a good pace for us all in the family. We then cycled through Brooklyn and along the East river where we could look back over to the Manhattan skyline. We saw the amazing iconic sight of the Brooklyn Bridge from Brooklyn, as seen in many films such as Once Upon a Time in America. Amazing!!
Cycling over the Brooklyn Bridge was fantastic, and we stopped in the middle to take pictures and take in the sights.
Once back in Manhattan, we cycled through TriBeCa and Battery Park.
I would thoroughly recommend this 3 hour bike tour to anyone who can ride a bike. I haven't been on one for a couple of years and managed fine, even going up the slopes to get onto the bridges!
Joe D is a great guide and I would definately do it again next time.
10 out of 10!!!
I toured this for my anniversary. My wife and I was able to experience New York city and get a great history and see all the sites. The tour guide was great. He was knowledgable, accommodating, and patient. I highly suggest this tour.
great way to see the city really enjoyed it.Joe our guide was very friendly and knowledgable I would recommend this tour for anyone visting NYC.Ill be doing the central park tour next .
What a fantasic way to see the city. Lovely ride with Ross our guide who stopped to give knowledgeable commentry on route. Mainly off road route on bike paths and the bits on road were quiet. Leisurely pace allowed for plenty of site seeing. Would deffo recommend doing the brooklyn tour too !
I thought I was going on a bike ride. But out tour guide made this a fun informational and great experience. And I was amazed at how NYC 's bike path system is evolving. Our guide was very knowlegae and spoke very well He had fun facts but also could describe in detail incredible stories of NYC
great trip. this is the 2nd time we have done this trip - it's really good and a great way to see the city. both times we cycled over the Manhattan Bridge and then back over the Brooklyn Bridge. fabulous! and the guides are locals and extremely knowledgeable.
This was a fantastic tour with an excellent guide. Our guide was knowledgeable and fit the tour to the cliental. I would do another bike tour with the company and would recommend this to friends.
This was without doubt, the best thing I did whilst visiting New York from the UK for a long weekend. Dan was amazing, he got to know all the group and included our nationalities in his history of New York. Went at an easy pace in really hot weather. Much easier than walking around. Do it! It's ace!
Loved it and would reccomend it to others.
Brilliant way to see New York. :)
This tour was excellent!!! The tour location was easy to find, the personnel went about the task of fitting our bicycles to the proper bodies. They required each person to wear a helmet and had a large selection to choose from, a good safety plus. From the start, our guide was caring in leading the way and seeing for everyones safety, stopping along the way to explain the sights.
Working our way up and over the Manhattan Bridge was fun to be treated to a long downgrade into Brooklyn. Working through Brooklyn was great as I guide actually lived in the area we were riding in and hd excellent knowledge of the tree lined streets just off the waterfront. The trip across the Brooklyn Bridge was fun but safety was important due to the number of people walking on the special bridge and not paying attention to bicycle riders. If you ride a bike, this is a trip for you for sure.
Bike tour was really good. The guudes were great. Travelled at a good speed and covered quite a large area. Very enjoyable.
Covered the whole of the lower west coast, manhattan bridge and Brooklyn bridge. Great cardio exercise.
Great tour. Bob, our guide, was fantastic. we rode over the Manhattan bridge to Brooklyn and came back over the Brooklyn Bridge. tour was approx. 3 hours. definitely recommend it. great way to see New York
This tour was fantastic! It really was a thrill to bike across the Brooklyn Bridge. Our tour guide
was awesome! One of the best tours ever!
We had Dan as our guide on two tours. I already reviewed how much we liked him and his tour.
It was safe, fun and informative.
Excellent tour and guide, well arranged and due to a bit of road works had a slight detour around Wall Street.
Dan was an awesome tour guide. Riding a bike through Manhattan and across the bridges was amazing. I didn't realize how many bike paths were in the city!
We really enjoyed this 3 hour 12 mile tour. It was fun going over the Brooklyn Bridge on a bike. The paved bike paths were excellent. We would highly recommend this tour. The bikes were very comfortable.
Well maintained bikes, great tour leader EJ and nice, safe route. Good way to see a lot in 3hours.
What a great way to see New York. Cycling along Wall Street, over the Brooklyn Bridge ...... Our guide was Chris, who was excellent.
It was great!!!! Tony is a very good guide and we enjoyed it very much! I could advise it to everybody!.
Great side trip. I was abit worried about riding a bike for such a distance , I didn't realise that New York had so many bike ways and most of the trip is on flat ground.
