We had a 445 appointment, perfect time for the sunset. However they ran OVER an hour and a half late with NO apologies. When I brought it to their attention that we were still waiting they just took my name and asked me to wait with no update. It was very frustrating. If I had wanted to see the city at night I would have booked it as such. Very disappointed. And the staff did not seem to care much. Do not recommend.

The trip would be greatly improved if the pilot gave some explanation of some of the views.
