Pre-booking saved time and the auto commentary was invaluable.

The view from the top is excellent especially when visiting at night. However, some of the staff are just wanting you in and then to get you out as soon as. This may be their millionth time of being there but it's some people's 1st time. I wish they would remember that.

You have to do this when you are in New York. However, go early; there are big queues, and we waited an hour and a half after we got there at 10:30. The Top of the Rock is just as good, if not better, and there are no queues there. And if there are queues, they show films!

The queue was not too bad. I cannot fault anything in the service. I would definitely book future trips through Viator. We are looking forward to our third trip to New York City soon, and we will be booking activities with Viator again.

The Empire State Building is not to be missed. However, don't bother to book through Viator. Go directly to the Empire State Building website. Viator promises that you don't have to wait in ticket line, but this is totally false.

It rained the day we went, so visibility was not the best, but we still enjoyed it. The audio tour was really good.

I wouldn't trade this experience with my grandson for all the tea in China.

No waiting, which was easy. There were no extra fees. Same price at the Empire State Building.

Must see. Make sure you get there early to avoid long queues.

You have seen all the views a thousand times in other peoples photographs but you still have to do it. Pay the extra and go up to the 102nd floor - the calm is amazing.

A definite NYC must, but beware...the queues can be long and many. Queues for tickets, queues for lifts both up and down, and lots of standing and waiting. But once up at the observatory all of that is forgotten.

Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend the Empire State observatory.

Great view - took a while to get through the queue, but definitively worth it!
