Fantastic with a fantastic view. Top organisation.
I give it a five star rating. The experience and the view fromt he top of the Empire Building was magnificant. It is a memory my family and I will never forget. We plan to return to New York using Viator forsightseeing tours. Thanks for the way everyone treated us, especially the tour guides.

Loved the Empire State building the view was amazing
Wish we had booked speed line tickets as queues get very long unless you go early which we did in the end. Fantastic views over NY well recommended

Very Good
Good visit; no queueing up: we got right in. The good weather that day helped to make it a pleasant experience.
Visited on a not particularly busy day so there was no waiting. Great view of the city. Friendly and helpful staff.
Easy to follow instructions, all went well.
I would recommend you take this tour at night. The views are great!!!!
Absolutely amazing, view is breath taking! Especially if you go up on a nice day.
We went early on Sunday morning and nearly had it to ourselves! Great!
A must see classic New York Experience, well recommended but I still had to wait in the regular ticket queue at ESB for the Viator printed voucher to be 'cashed in' for proper tickets. The 2 dollar saving was probably not worth it especially as you have to select your date with Viator. Whilst we were at the ticket booth we went for the $15 extra ticket to get you to the 102nd floor. We went up around 6pm in the evening in May and there were maybe 10 people in the ticket queue. Plan to spend some hours here, it takes about an hour just to get through all the mazes of lines including security, tickets, elevators and waiting to get a good spot once you are up there. So we missed the sunset! Worth it though. Bring a camera but leave the tripod, it's not allowed up there. We did top of the rock too which is a bit more relaxed, both offer unique views but ESB is much higher.
The view was great
We chose to do this at night and it was a good decision.
The tickets enabled us to go into a different queue and got us through in good time. There was no problem exchanging the voucher for the ticket and we really enjoyed the experience of viewing New York at night.
ESB was very crowded but nice trip.
