AMAZING everything was simple and straight forward when queing for our tickets.on the observatory we got to spend as much time up there taking as many pictures and looking at the views we paid a little extra for the audio map which gave us a lot of Information about New York perfect day trip

The E.S.B. is a must do for anyone visiting New York. Its a well oil machine that gets you through security and to the top with minimal fuss. Then of course the view over Lower Manhatten is unsupased.

Having gone to the Top of the Deck during the day we decided to do this at night time.
It took us about thirty minutes to get to the observatory but this was mainly security and waiting for lifts. During the day I can imagine the waiting time to be hours. However the views by night were amazing and it was a little crowded but again nothing compared to how i imagine it must be during the daytime. Gift shop is expensive but has a good range of products.

You won't believe the view! Don't take anyone else's word for it....go yourself! Don't worry if you're afraid of heights. There is no way you can fall off! Plus you can stand inside and look through glass if you really want to. But you can't go to NYC without taking in this attraction! Definitely going back up there on our next New York trip!

This was our second visit to Empire State Building on this visit we went on an evening around 10pm. We had checked weather and skys were clear, so we booked and went same day. The views were absolutely stunning

We went on March 9th Saturday around 7.30pm. It was a very busy time/day. We didn't have express tickets, so had to wait about an hour in line. We did enjoy the spectacular night view of the NYC from the observation deck with cool breeze.

Was very easy to purchase and luckily we joined the voucher queue before everyone else was about to :) no issues
