Express pass is a must... The staff were helpful. The view was amazing and breath taking.
Everything went smoothly and with express tickets we bypassed the lines and had a great time.Recommend express tickets to anyone planning to visit Empire State Bldg
Skip the line is a must, made the hole experience even better.
Had an even better time than expected. Thanks Viator. I highly recommend your app. Did not have to wait in line throughout out tour of the Empire State Bldg
This was a birthday present for my husband and the priority tickets were fantastic each time we reached a queue we were immediately taken to the front of the queue both going up and coming down, the staff were very polite and helpful. we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and experience. Booking via Viator was very easy
You must go up the Empire State ,the views are fantastic . We pre booked tickets and it was easy .we where lucky there was no queue .
Awesome tour, didnt get skip the line went first thing in the morning and got on straight away but if you're not a morning person definitely go skip the line!
NO waiting in any line. Went around 5 on a Sunday. We walked right in and kept walking! It was great!
Enjoyed this so much!! We waited to go till 11:00 p.m. and the view of the city lights was awesome!!
Skip the Line tickets were definitely worth the extra - would recommend getting them
A great way to start off our trip to New York and avoiding the queues was a real benefit.
The skip the queue ticket is worth its weight in gold. We were in, through security and on 102nd floor in about 5 minutes. I would imagine all the queues we missed would have easily seem us waiting a couple of hours to get in. Really truly worth it.
We arrived at 6:30 on a Friday and were on the 8th floor by 7:00. Buying tickets ahead of time was definitely worth it. The museum on the 80th floor was a nice surprise, but we rushed through it to get to the top. I highly recommend going at sunset. It was awesome to see the views both in daylight and as the city lights began to come on. The only negative in our experience was that one of the security personnel was using foul language speaking to another staff member within earshot of my 10 year old. All in all, it was a great time!
