I thought it was great shopping. I have been to Woodbury Common previously and much preferred these outlets. They are indoor (Woodbury is outside), so it doesn't matter what the weather is like outside. The bus doesn't pick u up till 7:30pm which may seem a long time but we had no problems filling in our day. I would do this tour again in a heart beat.

A no hassle trip, my 3rd time to NYC and this is by far the best option to get to and from Jersey Gardens.
Now - we had a bumpy start here as the tour coordinator announced as we were leaving that the trip was not returning at 5 30 pm but at 7 30 and this caused havoc. However after severe negotiation with Vince we were all assured that he would arrange a special coach for us to return at 5 30. He came up with his promises and all was well. The mall was very good and we got back into Manhattan at approx. 6.30 pm. all was well.
Good tour, definitely got our money's worth. Don't bother going if you won't be buying big, it's for serious shoppers only.
We did a lot of damage to the credit card during this day trip! We didn't expect to be at the mall for 8 hours but we ended up running out of shopping time! there is a lot of great discounts - even if not all of the stores are outlet. Everything is tax free which is fantastic! We ended up with a trolley full of shopping! Highly recommended!
Good transport and timekeeping. Some good discounted shops but some stores a bit disapointing
Pickup on time by Bus, Return pick up was a litlle late and a smaller bus due to the fact that there were only six people who planned this trip on that day.
We had a great day in the mall.
There were great deals, because of columbus day and we were "packed" when we got back to our hotel
Overall the trip was very good, however, the organisation could have been better. We were initially told we would be collected at 5pm, then 4pm to 4.30pm, then 4.30 to 5pm. Subsequently some of us returned to the mini bus at 4pm but 1 couple didn't return until 4.45 so we were left sitting around for three quarters of an hour. Also they sent a smaller mini bus for the return journey so there were no spare seats which meant I didn't get to sit next to my daughter and there was no where to put all the shopping.
our guide was fun and full of information, he took very good care of us. Our driver was the best !!
Not a great shopping experience
The bus journey to and from was fine. The mall itself was huge with plenty of shops and places to eat. The A and F store was a massive let down as was the coupon book as it didn't have discount vouchers for most of the stores that we shopped in. A full day was too long as we were ready for home at lunchtime.
you just get taken straight to the shops and left for 6 hrs thanks to the guide for explaining public transport cause heaps of us used it to get back after 3 hrs
The trip was ok to get you to the shopping mall, however it is to long in time. It needs to be 3 hours less. Do not expect to find bargains as it is not the same as Florida. It takes a whole day from your trip and the cost takes away the savings if any.
The shops weren't much cheaper than the sales in the shops in NYC. The bus was 40 minutes late to pick us up.
