Great experience! We would do it again. It seemed longer than seven minutes. One tip: book well in advance to get the day and time you want.

This was a great ride. We had a lot of fun. It was over too soon.

It was beautiful, and well worth the trip and the money. It felt like we were up there for longer then 10 minutes. This is a great idea for off-the-beaten-path exploration.

Easy to find, and no long queues. The ride was magic, a great way to see the city.

This tour was very good. It was well worth the money. We got to sit next to the pilot, and the staff was friendly, as well.

It was quick and easy to book and the email confirmation arrived almost instantaneously. The staff were extremely friendly apart from the receptionist who was quite rude when we checked in for our flight. It was an extremely worthwhile trip, weather permitting, ours was a bit foggy a sunny day would have enhanced the experience more. But hey, you can't guarantee the weather. Still a magical experience in the Big Apple.

Good fun! New York has a beautiful skyline. And this helicopter tour was a great way to see it.

This was the biggest disappointment of our trip. We were told to go to the wrong heliport told we had to pay extra our flight was barely 5 minutes and we didn't go anywhere near to the Statue of Liberty. Having never flown in a helicopter before, we were so looking forward to this excursion. Previous reviews had ranged from brilliant to terrible, perhaps should have realised that with such inconsistency of service quality, there was always going to be a possibility of our expectations not being met. For this reason we cannot recommend Lady Liberty Helicopter Flight. But the actual 'flying' was very smooth, and for those that have never flown in a helicopter before, it is nothing to worry about.

The trip itself was good despite poor visibility - but the organisation prior to the trip was chaotic and frustrating. We waited for an hour and a half with very little information on what was happening. There were other companies operating out of the same heliport, and all their customers seemed to be going straight in. That definitely spoilt the trip for me.

The trip itself was good, but the waiting time was horrendous with nowhere to get anything to eat or drink. Two other companies were operating out of the same place with trips leaving all the time, so we had to wait over an hour even though we had booked ahead of time. Also, on the trip the pilot did no commentary whatsoever, which would have made a big difference.

The first booking was canceled due to the wind, no fault of theirs but I think they could notify you via text as everyone these days has a mobile. Then when we came back after re-booking there was still an hour and half delay, which is huge when your flight is just 10 minutes or less and you never know when your name is going to be called. A screen with names on it would be handy.

Waited a while to get in and the trip was a bit short but views of Manhattan were fabulous and in the end it was a good ride.

Terrible. This was put together as part of a surprise trip as someone's birthday present. We were kept waiting for two and a half hours for a seven minute ride. The staff on the desk were unhelpful, rude, and dismissive.
