Worth the money! The Statue of liberty ferry ride was great. The guide on that trip was excellent.

A good way to see the sights of New York and decide what to go back to! Some delays on a cold day were annoying.

Arrived early to obtain front seat but then pushed back to allow 9 people who arrived at last minute as their party included one so called disabled person who actually walked faster than my wife.
Lunch was disgusting, luke warm burgers and chicken rolls and cold hard fries. Only coke to drink not even water available. Worst lunch we have ever had. Rest of the trip was excellent. Guide brilliant.
Comprehensive tour and ideal for a first-time visitor to NY. Helped to acclimatize me with a very pleasant, knowledgeable & experienced tour guide.

The on-coach sound system was not brilliant, which made it quite difficult to hear the guide, and even though he was told about this, he said it could not be turned up any more and maybe we should do another trip. Not really a helpful suggestion. The tour itself though and the sights that were covered were very good. My tip, however, would be that, wherever possible and weather permitting, this tour is done on an open top!! Too much to see over your head that can't be seen or appreciated to the full in a coach.

I really enjoyed this trip and would recommend this for any first timer to New York. If you have been to New York before, do not use this trip, as it hits all the high spots of Manhattan which I am sure you see the first time you go to New York. Again it was very informative, and our guide was very good.

The tour of New York was good to do. We had a overall look at New York City and the tour covered most of the tourist areas. It was lovely to also have a harbour cruise added to the package, to see the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge etc. It felt a bit rushed, but there was a lot to see. Compliments to the tour guide, he was a walking New York information guide!

Enjoyable day which gave us a good chance to see all New York's tourist attractions including the UN tour and a tour on a ferry - definitely recommended.

We were hosting a visitor from Europe and, as native New Yorkers, we weren't sure where to begin. This tour was a terrific overview of New York, to help a first-time visitor decide where he or she would like to spend more time. It was packed with a little bit of everything. The highlight was the harbor cruise, which we particularly enjoyed on a very hot summer day! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and really made it all worthwhile. We would have never thought to do this on our own - and we were delighted we did - as we learned a lot about our hometown.
