This is a great way to see New York City, Pilot was friendly and informative, staff were efficient and well organised, felt safe at all times - great trip.

We had a great time and felt really exhilarated as we whizzed along - our pilot gave us lots of relevant info about what we could see from our lofty height. We did this on our first day in NY and so it really set the scene and helped us orientate ourselves with the Big Apple. It's true that the best views are on the left of the pilot so make sure those with cameras sit on that side.

Great trip, great pilot and incredible views. From the moment we turned up we were made to feel welcome and the trip itself was great with good and humorous comment from the pilot. One thing to try to bear in mind, though, is that you need to sit on the left hand side if at all possible as that side is mostly Manhattan facing throughout the trip.

There was a little thing that was not so good. We had to wait until the helicopter was filled with minimum 4 persons though we confirmed the flight 48 hours before with a fixed time, so we came again to the heliport about 1.5 hours later.

Totally different way of seeing the New York's skyline, even if you have been up the Empire State Building and seen the views. Like all Americans, the personnel at the tour operator were friendly and accommodating, as was our pilot. It was a disappointment we had to land, but the best 20 minutes of our short New York break.

Such a great way to see New York. It was worth paying for the 17 minute tour, though even that wasn't long enough. I'd like an hour but think that might cost too much! It helped that the weather was good. The only problem was that it wasn't that well sign posted. Also, when I phoned up to confirm they seemed a bit disorganised. However, the actual trip was great, though the pilot could have given more detail. Well worth doing though.

The flight took off on time, and everything you would want to see is what you get. The pilot was very informative and entertaining. We had an excellent view of Lady Liberty, much better than going over on the ferry. Highly recommend this trip.

Took trip at daytime; saw all the landmarks. It was awesome. I would definitely go back for another trip and would go on the evening trip to see the spectacular views all lit up. I would recommend this trip to anyone, knowing they wouldn't be disappointed.

This is an excellent way to see New York and get your bearings. It was very easy to find heliport. Like all good trips, it was over too soon. It is definitely worth doing.

Having read all the reviews and waited until the last minute to check the weather was going to be okay, decided to take husband and 3 sons on birthday trip. Yes we had to wait about an hour. Was it worth it? Yes, definitely. I booked easily online and then confirmed time with a phone call from the UK - operator very helpful. If you only have a short time in NY, as we did, it is a very exciting way to see the city.
