The service we received from the staff on site was great. Because of the weather, our tour was cancelled (after waiting in the seating area for over an hour.) Calling the viator office for a full refund was simple and smooth.

¡¡¡¡NO TE LO PIERDAS!!! Una de las mejores experiencias vividas. Si vas hasta Nueva York no te puedes perder volar sobre ella. Con la confirmación de la reserva el día anterior nos dieron hora exacta para nuestro vuelo y todo fue muy ágil y rápido, el personal encantador. Lo dicho... ¡¡¡NO TE LO PIERDAS!!!

Took a taxi from our hotel and arrived about half an hour earlier than recommended, so was concerned about a long wait having read previous reviews. Man at desk said he'd see if he could get 'us' on earlier. Decided I wasn't gonner hold my breath, but we'd only sat down for barely a minute when we were 'called up' to head for the launch pad.
Excellent way to see the city, didn't expect to have a running commentary from the pilot (happier that he was concentrating on flying)
Runway staff weren't full of the joys of spring but not surprising seeing as their job is so repetitive. All in all great experience.

Excellent - It was foggy on the first day, but the staff let us re-book for the next day, when the weather was a lot better. Very Proffessional Outfit - good views and 12 mins although it sounds short is just enough

Awesome. That would be the one word I would use to describe the tour. The only to see modt all of the landmarks that quickly. Best money I spent in NYC!
