Very good tour. We did this tour on our first day in NYC and we were left in Brooklyn to figure out the Subway from there. Needless to say we got lost and it was not a good feeling. If you are going to do this tour make sure you know how to get back to Manhattan

The lady was difficult to hear and it felt very rushed. She wasn't very friendly and we only had 10-15 minutes in the art gallery and same in the chocolate shop and patisserie. We enjoyed a more leisurely walk back by ourselves at a pace where we could actually take in the sites and read the plaques.
