This was definitely the way to get tickets. If you try to get tickets that day, it won't happen, just make sure you call the number on the voucher to schedule your tour. I think it happens a lot where people don't call in and just show up with the voucher and they are also out of luck.
Worth the money and time if you like SNL, Jimmy Fallon, or Dr. Oz. Those were the studios we saw.
great tour, focus on american tv shows, was very informative
Having the voucher and calling 24 hrs ahead allows you to reserve a specific tour time in advance so minimal waiting. Worthwhile visit seeing behind the scenes of a TV studio. You get to visit 4 sets and learn about many of the aspects of how they make the set look the way it is. Small groups of ~ 30 people with 2 guides.
We loved the tour! It was so fun and very informative. I would definitely recommend this tour. It is a great deal for the money, one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks Viator for the great service.

The desk staff were friendly and check-in was completed in a timely fashion. The interns were informative and had great personalities. Our tour left exactly at the time we were given for departure.

Viator made it possible for us to book our NBC studio tour with the greatest of ease. Everything was taken care of for us. The only thing we had to do is print out the itinerary and present it at the location for our ticket. NBC requires a 24-hour notice via telephone to reserve your time slot to tour. We were VERY pleased with our booking and experience. Thanks Viator for making our NYC trip very memorable.

A very interesting and fun tour. We really enjoyed seeing the actual rehearsal from SNL and the news broadcast, where we got to participate. Highly recommend this tour.
