The tour was limited to one studio, but normally it includes three. The NBC people apologized and said they could give us a refund if we had bought the tickets directly from them.

I would have loved to have explored more studios than what we experienced. It was okay for us, but maybe we were expecting too much. We were really sort of disappointed that we weren't allowed to take any photos. I understand why, after it was explained, but I was disappointed nonetheless.

Was fun to see behind the scenes. Tour guides were knowledgeable and attractive. When I thanked our guide instead of a 'you're welcome' I got a 'yeah, no problem' which I thought was a bit rude. Would recommend to friends. Worth doing.
