Booking by Viator made the visit to ESB smooth and enjoyable. We didnt book to jump the queue and Im glad bocause we didnt need it, the place was quiet as we arrived very early in the morning and the way in for Viator customers makes it easy. We found the skyride to be a bit uncomfortable and people with motion sickness should avoid although some of the footage is amazing.(we closed our eyes in parts!) When looking at the views from the top make sure you climb the extra two levels, we almost missed those. We had perfect weather and views but two days later the mist was down and views were non existent. Make sure you make the most of clear days for ESB and Top of the Rock, both fabulous.

Due to time constraints we didn't go to the top of this building (sadly) but we did the NY Skyride which was fun. Would definitely advise booking through Viator to avoid queues. Highly recommended.

Well worth doing the tour very insightful, would give the NY skyride a miss it was a bit lame but if you are going in high peak season it will help you skip the long lines.

this was great , having waited in a long queue a few years ago with this ticket we were straight up! the sky ride was good too as part of the ticket offer but probably wouldnt have done it separately. a great day to remember whilst celebrating our dads 60th birthday.

This portion of our trip was great. Unfortunately, we booked 2 tours with "Onboard Tours" that were a total disaster.
Had a fantastic time up the empire state. no queing, simulator ride was excellent. no problems with tickets. such good value.
