NY SKYRIDE, located on the second floor of the Empire State Building, is a fun filled combination of movie-motion-and sights rolled up into New York's ONLY aerial virtual tour simulator.
"Fly" over the Statue of Liberty, "Cruise" through Central Park, "Splash" into the South Street Seaport, all without leaving the 2nd floor of the building.
The NY SKYRIDE is an exciting IMAX® style presentation combining high-definition technology and special effects, custom platforms and seats and a 6 meter high screen! The NY SKYRIDE is safe, fun and entertaining and open 365 days a year! What a great way to start a tour of New York!

- Open from 8:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week. The NY SKYRIDE experience commences every ten minutes. The total experience takes approximately 20 minutes - this consists of a pre-show which is dedicated to New York City, a short safety video and then the simulator ride which takes 8 minutes.

- Pregnant women are not allowed on the New York Skyride
- All visitors to the Empire State Building must show valid photo ID - driver's license, school (student) ID and passport are acceptable forms. This does not apply to children under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult with valid identification.

Ticket Collection:
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive access to your voucher documentation which must be printed. Your ticket will be held at the SKYRIDE box office, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Empire State Building. You will be required to present your printed voucher, along with photo ID in exchange for your ticket.
